CHRISTMAS WISH  On December 24, 1998 at around 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, two officials from North America contacted the "Maison Haute", answering the phone was Mrs. Nadia Aoun, wife to His Excellency. Christmas wishes and tidings of joy were exchanged, she said that two of their daughters will join the family for Christmas activities. About 10 minutes into the conversation, H. E. General M. Aoun was greeted by the two officials and wishes of a Merry Christmas were sent to him on behalf of Free Lebanon, supporters and all the Lebanese people. H. E. General M. Aoun wished all the Lebanese people a Merry Christmas and hopes that next year will be a prosperous year for all. This conversation lasted around 30 minutes. |
